Prescription Request

Prescriptions and refills for established patients are routinely issued Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm and Friday from 8:30am and noon. You can make your request by calling (303) 449-2730 or by having the pharmacy fax the request to (303) 449-5821. No refills will be issued during the evenings, weekends or on holidays as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. Try to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
