Traci Webster, CSCS

Traci Webster, CSCS is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Traci earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, with the movement science option and applied fitness emphasis from Penn State University in 2006. Soon after, she obtained her Certification through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist , which required continuing education on the most up to date information available.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Traci is a new resident to Colorado. Her love for the outdoors and a yearning for bigger mountains and greater adventures led her West. She formerly was employed as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Colorado, but her love for sports led her to the rehab setting to help others recover and get back in their game.
